Work with us

We are always looking for new people to work with us.  If you have a passion for helping others become what Jesus envisions then we may have an opportunity for you on our team.

As a staff team we are committed to the following values:

  • Mission Driven — Every member of our team owns the mission and vision God has given to Living Hope.  We are passionate about the mission.  We base every decision and action on the mission and vision.
  • Make it better — We desire to be people who are continually improving and serving God with excellence in everything we do.
  • Move the ball — We are committed to moving things forward, even if it’s just a little bit.  Every day, no matter what we are doing, we always seek ways to expand Christ’s Kingdom and achieve the vision God has given us.  We have defined goals and strategies that help us move forward towards what Jesus envisions.
  • Invest in Relationships — Relationships are a key part of everything we do as a team.  Discipleship happens through relationship.  Life change happens because of relationship. That’s why building relationships is a priority to us.

If our staff values resonate with you, we’d love to talk with you.
